Requesting to exlcude response to certain number since that number is staff number or boss number. Not the targetted audience or leads or customer number. So do to the groups.

Can the chatbot not respond to ongoing chats. To explain clearly the chat bot continues to answer whilst i am chatting to a client.

1.Sometimes the formatting operation is not performed for WhatsApp, the characters that should be bolded will not be bolded, and the characters that should be wrapped will not be wrapped. 2.It needs to support multiple file input. I can't put all the information in the same file.
