It will be good if CRM could track which top 10 or 20 contact most interaction of reply message so that the broadcast message we sending out, we could retarget this top most interaction prospect.

Uploaded google contact to CRM. For personalized WhatsApp in broadcast need edit the full name one by one for more personalize message. Contact should have few column for full name, first name and last for us to broadcast message using different variable. Eg. Suppose full name is Full Name is "David Johnson - Jane friend" in my google contact but when i need to change to "David" manually for sending the message. It should have additional field for us to use this field as name to sending out. The existing contact name in CRM is indifferent to whatsapp web contact name.

Can the chatbot not respond to ongoing chats. To explain clearly the chat bot continues to answer whilst i am chatting to a client.
